No affiliation. PortugalFetch is independent and not affiliated with AIMA, any consulate or the Portuguese government.

Listings. Inclusion is not an endorsement. Sponsored and featured listings are clearly labelled. Businesses may request corrections or removal.

Paid alerts. PortugalFetch Instant Alerts costs €9 per month or €79 per year, billed in advance through Stripe and renewing automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and no further charges are made.

Right of withdrawal (EU). If you are a consumer in the EU, you may withdraw from your subscription within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason by emailing hello@portugalfetch.com. Because alerts start immediately at your request, we may deduct a proportional amount for the days already provided; otherwise you will receive a full refund within 14 days of your withdrawal, using the original payment method.

Service level. Alerts are best-effort; we do not guarantee timeliness or completeness, and they are not legal advice.

Liability. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made based on the content.

Law. Portuguese law; consumer rights under your country of residence are unaffected.
